Challenge
vYve was a startup, a leadership community built inside VaynerX with a highly personalised approach and multiple offerings: a membership community, corporate team sessions, international retreats, summits, and more. The question wasn't just how to market it. It was how to build the whole thing, from the brand story to the member experience to the events themselves, in a way that held together as one coherent business.
What I Did
Brand & Positioning
Figured out who vYve was truly for, repositioned the brand from a narrow mastermind label to something that could hold all our offerings, and rebuilt the website and messaging around that.
Social & Content
Built LinkedIn and Instagram from zero. Designed the content system, brand voice, and the AI infrastructure that keeps it running. All organic.
In-Person & Events
Designed and ran the international retreat programme, including vYve's first retreat in Amsterdam - built around the theme of Finding Your Voice, which sold out past target. Also managed corporate team sessions in New York through our One Team One Dream offering, working with Fortune 500 teams on leadership and culture.
Community
Managed the day-to-day member community across WhatsApp and Mighty Networks. Built the onboarding experience, the retention model, and the touchpoints that kept members engaged between events. 80% retention. Members extended from 4 months to 12 because they didn't want to leave.
